- Rotational cutting schedules that let a sward recover instead of stripping it
- Soil testing before re-seeding, not after a poor crop
- Hydroponic fodder grown on site, which removes freight entirely for the green portion of a ration
- Containerised freight consolidated into full loads rather than part shipments
The closed loop
