GoldFields Global (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us — name, email, phone, delivery address, and anything you type into a form such as the feeding plan builder.
- Order information — what you bought, when, and where it went.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.

- To fulfil orders and bookings
- To write and send your feeding plan
- To answer enquiries
- To send newsletters, only where you have opted in
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
3. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us operate: payment processing, delivery partners, and email delivery.
5. Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years to meet tax law. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@goldfieldsglobal.com and we will respond within thirty days.
